Taking bookings is free, and that is the whole booking product, not a sample of it. Pro adds the parts a business needs: your own domain, your own branding, a team link, and the API. Business runs that across up to 10 companies.
Free is the whole booking product, not a trial of it. Pro is for people running a business on it: their own domain, their own branding, a team link. Business is Pro across several companies, with other people on them. Nothing your guests touch is behind a paid plan.
No plan does: Outlook, iCloud or CalDAV; payments at booking; a Zoom or Teams integration that makes links for you; collective availability or routing forms; or reminders by anything but email. The price is governed by the Terms, which also says a free account is never billed automatically.
Taking bookings is. Everything in the Free column above is on every account, with no card, no subscription and no limit on bookings. Pro ($30 a year or $3 a month) and Business ($99 a year or $9 a month) are paid plans for your own domain, your branding, a team and more than one company. Nothing moves you onto one unless you choose it.
We will not promise "forever". Nobody can, and a promise that cannot be kept is worth less than none. What the Terms commit to instead: a free account is never billed automatically, and Pro or Business begins only when you opt in and complete a payment. If a change to the Terms materially affects you, you are told by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you chose not to pay, you could export your data and close the account.
The limits, and they are listed above rather than discovered later: Google Calendar only, no payments, no Zoom or Teams integration, round-robin without collective availability, and email-only reminders. None of the plans lifts those, so paying will not fix one, and Free is not a trial of something better. If you need one of those five things, Meetrao is the wrong choice and this page would rather say so now.
No. Meetrao does not sell data, does not run ads, and does not share your calendar with anyone. It asks Google only whether a period is busy or free, never event titles, descriptions or attachments. For the events Meetrao creates itself it also reads whether your guest accepted or declined, which is how it can tell you. Disconnecting from Settings revokes the permission with Google, not just with us.
None on bookings, on any plan, and none published on meeting types or guests. The paid plans do cap what they hold: Pro is one company with just you on it, and Business is up to 10 companies of up to 100 people each. Separately, the Terms let an account that abuses the service be suspended.
No. Sign-up is an email address and a password, or your Google account, and Free never asks for a card. If you choose Pro or Business, the payment happens on Polar's checkout, and Meetrao never sees the card number.
