Google Calendar onlyNo Outlook, no iCloud, no CalDAV. If your calendar lives elsewhere, Meetrao cannot see your conflicts and is the wrong tool.
No paymentsYou cannot charge for a booking. Nothing collects money.
No Zoom or Teams integrationMeetrao creates Google Meet links itself. A meeting can be a phone call, an address or your own Zoom link, but that link is one you paste, not one it makes for you.
Round-robin onlyA team link goes to whoever is free and least recently booked. There is no collective availability (several hosts in one meeting) and no routing forms.
Reminders are email onlyOne the day before and one an hour before, by email. No SMS, no WhatsApp, no push notifications.
